[mythtv-users] Mythbuntu theme in 0.28

I recently got a test system running 0.28 on 16.04. It announces the 
availability of Mythbuntu 28.21 in Theme chooser but when I go to 
downlad and install it there is no clear way to do the install. There is 
a note at the bottom left of the Theme Chooser screen that says the new 
version but no clear way to start the process. Where should I be looking?
