Also note that for each "diseqc" input, you need to configure a new
"MythTV" card/input.  There will be a warning in mythtv-setup that the
card is already in use.  Diseqc users should ignore that warning.  All
of this is because of historical reasons that haven't been unwound
yet.  Now that mythtv-setup has been ported to use mythui, it will all
hopefully be fixed in the next release.
