[mythtv-users] [SOLVED-ish] Thinking of moving on from MythTV ... I found the main problem, but still have 292e woes

That sounds straight forward enough! DO I literally just have to put 
that file in /lib/firmware on my MythTV backend? Then it should all work?

The solution is always simple. It's just knowing how to get there that's 
hard! :-)
