[mythtv-users] [SOLVED-ish] Thinking of moving on from MythTV ... I found the main problem, but still have 292e woes

So what kernel and MythTV versions are you using?  I looked back on
this thread and I could not find that anywhere.  You just said "the
latest stable version of Xbuntu and the latest stable version of 
MythBuntu" but did not give the actual versions.  Is it Xubuntu 16.04?
MythTV 0.28?  If not, then the versions are likely too old.
