I'm somewhat uncomfortable about making recommendations here, and
dubious about mixing 0.26 and 0.28; but if the errors above are the only
ones that exist, and not just the first of what turns out to be a very
long sequence, you might try
rpm -e --nodeps php-MythTV-0.25.2-287.el6.x86_64
but I forget just how much of the package name has to be specified. See
also this (old) thread that was initially concerned with moving away
from ATrpms.
