I have 2 HDHR Primes and I don't have mine plugged into a dedicated NIC
rather they're just plugged straight into the switch. Up until this year
I've just been running with my ESXi servers on Gigabit and everyone else
including the HDHR on 100MB, but finally got a big enough gigabit switch
for everyone. My first HDHR was a little difficult to get activated but
the 2nd one was a walk in the park, once I called comcast and gave them the
info they needed it got its update right away and we were off to the
races. If comcast ever decides to encrypt all of their channels we'll just
switch to OTA and Sling only problem with sling is you can't DVR it (yet)
