The database setting is "XineramaScreen" but it will only be used if 
Xinerama is active.

You can't change the "playback screen" - it uses the same screen that 
the Ui/frontend uses.

Sounds like your default display has changed.
Can you not just start the frontend on the desired card/display using:

mythfrontend -display=<display>

or by setting your DISPLAY environment variable ?

Examine your available displays using:

xrandr --query
