I have to agree with Karl, it doesn't seem to be able to process the
config.xml.

First, I would assign a password to the mythtv account in mysql.  Second, I
would check the permissions on the config.xml file and make sure that the
account running mythtv has read access to it. (perhaps you created it using
sudo and its assigned to root?)
