IIRC it looks for the plugin library file in /usr/lib/mythtv/plugins , 
so for the Music menu items to be shown you need to have 
/usr/lib/mythtv/plugins/libmythmusic.so file present. Looks like you 
have that installed so it must be something else.

The other reason the menu entries could be missing is because the plugin 
failed to load, usually because of mixing MythTV versions or missing 
dependencies. If that is the case you should see something in the 
frontend log telling you why it failed.
