I only record HD content via HD Homerun tuners, so I don't know if the 
problem happens on SD channels.  The odd thing is that I can edit old 
recordings fine.  There is something in the way 0.28 is storing the new 
recordings.  BTW, I do not transcode at all, so I have hopefully the raw 
stream being saved.  I'm not sure how or why this would have changed.
