One of the advantages of the SiliconDust HDHR devices
is the community that has grown up around it. In past
environments I have found the Android app "Hdhomerun Signal
Meter" is a useful tool (if you have a HDHR) to determine
the signal levels in real time (including while in your attic
or on the roof) and aim accordingly. However, just as a
reminder (for the non-EE/physicists on the list), the
