[mythtv-users] pixalated live tv images

Ooops, sorry. I had to use...

git apply --ignore-space-change --ignore-whitespace
/srv/storage/mythtv/20161103_vdpau_livetv_artifacts.patch

Short viewing, but I'm not seeing the issue so far.

I'm actually heading to bed now but I'll certainly be giving this more of a
look tomorrow. But it's looking good.
