[mythtv-users] pixalated live tv images

This only happens with Live TV.

I believe I have nailed down a fix for it. In my case I am only seeing
it occasionally, in dark areas of the picture, and I have to watch
closely to see it. I have stared closely at the picture for 5 minutes
and I believe it is gone, but feedback from others would be welcome.

I am going to do some more testing before releasing it.

If you want to try this out in the meantime you can test this patch.
Please first undo the previous patch from yesterday if you have it in
your source. You can undo it with this command:

git checkout .

Please let me know if the patch works or doesn't work.
