Yes.  The low power system is a Zotac Ion.

I noticed last night that if I pressed pause rapidly, the OSD would pop up
momentarily while watching live tv.  It would only flash for half a
second.  That is how I determined that the distortion fit the same pattern
as the currently used OSD.

I really appreciate the help here.  I know you and everyone that works on
myth have a life besides working on myth.  It is truly appreciated.
If I can collect info or help out in any way please let me know.
