[mythtv-users] New .28 HDHR prime cablecard BE no provider.

I  didn't want to take a chance of messing up my working .27 BE so I 
took it off line and
set up a new box with Mythbunu .28.
This is mythbuntu16.4, x64, myth backend only, HDHR Prime with Charter 
cablecard, STB and the funny extra box.
The install went as expected except that at no point did I see anything 
about Charter digital cable.
Now after the install, it's trying to connect to the old channels which 
are long gone.
All three of the HDHR outputs are there and correct, just on all of the 
wrong channels.

Please forgive me if this has been covered before, my senior memory can 
not pull back any of the magic from the last install.
