[mythtv-users] xmltv and atlas grabber

http://snapshot.xmltv.org/  has a new XMLTV grabber for Schedules Direct
called tv_grab_sd_json.  I tried it last night and seems to work well.  I
am using it for North America, but Schedules Direct does have data for
other parts of the world.

I am on Fedora, and installing XMLTV from that tar was non trivial (it
wanted to install into a different directory structure than the other perl
packages).  I ended up installing the xmltv package, and then just copying
tv_grab_sd_json into place to use it.
