/etc/mythtv/config.xml has these perms:
-rw-rw-r-- 1 mythtv mythtv  455 May  2 15:16 config.xml

I am still on Ubuntu 14.04.4 but did do apt-get --dist-upgrade when
switching from .27 to .28.
