Scan daily? Freeview channels don't change anywhere near that often.
A scan would be required by *every* Freeview user when anything changed. I doubt 99% of users even
know that rescanning is possible, let alone how to do it.
Since over half the channels available are either shopping channels or (encrypted) adult porn, I do
a lot of deleting whenever I have to re-scan :)
