[mythtv-users] Recordings start & end 10 seconds too soon, on all channels

I just looked at my editing logs for one channel, BBC FOUR.  They show 
where I judged content to start and stop, in (key)frame numbers at 25 
fps from 2 minutes before the scheduled start.  The 'mythical start 
bookmark' is at 3000 frames.  On radio recordings it coincides with 
broadcast time signals.  I suppose it should be easy to produce a 
histogram, but I haven't done it yet. This is a commercial-free channel.
