Well, the DNSBL source might be wrong, or your
ISP could be using an open proxy (or CGNAT, which
is an open proxy for many intents and purposes).

What is the "external" IP you are getting from your ISP,
and what IP does something like
http://www.whatsmyip.org/ show?  If they are not
the same, your ISP is running you through a proxy.

Regardless, the DNSBL lists are sometimes wrong.
Detecting proxies and spam sources and traffic
hijacking, and fast flux dns redirects is not an exact
science.  You might want to go check at
http://www.dnsbl.info/ to see what sites have you
listed (if any) and then work to get your IP off at
the site marking your IP.
