It does seem to happen on recordings from all channels.
I have tested with a couple of upnp clients and when I was on 0.27, VLC on an iPad played the recordings with the teletext subtitles in sync and on 0.28 I have tested on Android with upnplay and mxplayer and the subtitles are in sync there too.
This makes me think this is a myth frontend issue, but it would appear not that many people use subtitles and even fewer use teletext subtitles.
