[mythtv-users] Help Wake Up Shutdown Not Working Since 12.04->16.04 and 0.26->0.28 Upgrade?

Can anyone help me with a problem I have with using MythWelcome with the
latest Mythbuntu.

I have configured as per the Wiki article.  I have added checks that wake
up time is being set correctly and when I do a Mythwelcome, M, Shutdown Now
it correctly shutdowns.

However when I leave it idle for 5 minutes the countdown goes to 0, the
script to set wakeup is run and is correct but the machine it not shutdown.

I have increased my EIT Timeout to 2700, my sudoers is set to allow
/sbin/shutdown and /usr/bin/mythshutdown for All No Password but I am still
having problems.

I have even manually run the commands and there are no password prompts and
wakeup is set correctly and the PC shuts down and restarts at the correct
time.

I have had a look at the logs and nothing seems to stand out in either
mythwelcome or mythbackend (just default logging) does anyone have any
ideas on how to fix?
