Yes I am very familiar with the HD fee. This franchise charges $12 or 
$15 and it has been one of my great joys that having Cablecard avoids 
this stupid fee. Now I wish there was a way to avoid things like 
"Regional Sports Fee."

And they wonder why they're losing customers. If you read this, they 
actually lost customers:
