Ok MySQL is crashed so need to fix that first. First just to confirm are you on mythbuntu 16.04?

To get the full log output try this command:

sudo journalctl -umysql | more

Otherwise try this command and post the last 20 or so lines of the output:

sudo cat /var/log/mysql/error.log
