[mythtv-users] Capturing Fast Forward Restricted Streams

I subscribe to a variety of sources that stream video using their own
client which restrict fast forward to force commercial viewing. Is there
any way to get Myth to capture these so that I can do fast forward and
jumps?

I suppose a hardware HDPRV capture approach would work, but I'm thinking 
that a software approach similar to that used for capturing
audio might work.

Any thoughts?
