nVidia used to have a forum where you could provide them
details about new Linux driver artifacts.  You likely will
need to go do some digging on their forums to report it
(it seems every new version of their driver introduces a
different set of issues.  As their new drivers are changing
a lot of the plumbing (to coexist better with other vendors
and to eventually support wayland/mir) some settling
during shipment is to be expected).
