Mucked around today ... still waiting for my MPEG2/4 licence to arrive.

I found that when I jumped forward/back during playback of a recorded stream 
(MPEG2 video); even during video editing/clipping - sometimes I got a black 
screen for a second or so.

It kind-of looked like the screen refresh rate was going out-of-whack, but 
I'm not sure.
