The Channel Map from the device web page is broken, but you can still
get it by using a specific URL instead of the link on the page:

http://{ip-address}/view_channel_map.cgi?page=0

It seems that Ceton no longer respond to messages in the green button
forum. I have opened a ticket with them asking them to get the updated
firmware released on their Linux Drivers page, instead of only in one
message in the green button forum.
