They've been in contact with WNYO in Buffalo. Buffalo says they've switched
it back to 4:3. Myself and another gentleman send proof (TSReader output)
that the aspect ratio in the mpeg2 stream is still 16:9. They circle back
to the engineer in Buffalo, etc, etc. I'd let them know about the Battle
Creek station. From what I've discussed with them via email and social
media, because so much of their content is 4:3 variety shows and specials
they want the stations using 4:3 not stretching to 16:9. So they'd be
interested in hearing about Battle Creek.
