You might want to try contacting the broadcast engineer at the station. The
guy here seems to be following his management orders but the techs and
social media reps I spoke to at the network say it should be 4:3 and are
discussing with the station. Hopefully there's a contract clause. Spoke to
a GM of a competing station and he said the ratio should be controlled by
the net not the local station.
