Look in your backend logs and note that it's 'Running as a slave
backend'. That happens when both IP addresses aren't the same.

I'd ignore all the failure messages until that's fixed.

No need to paste the entire log, just the most recent run.
E.g. starting with the line with myth{front|back}end version: ...
