[mythtv-users] 0.28 beta regression?

I compiled and installed 0.28 beta last night and it appears there is
a regression to a big that hit me on 0.27.3.  Exact same symptoms as
found in this thread of mine:

When starting LiveTV there is very bad judder and audio stuttering.
Once the channel has been changed it stops from that point on.  Same
behavior as last time and the hardware in my system has not changed
(except for a larger hard drive).

Did commit 302dde18b440a52f8c53744129a4c9adfee3ef71 get put back in 0.28?
