[mythtv-users] Fanless video card for 1080p?

I figured I would report my results!

I did buy the video card in the link I provided. Both my Vizio TV and card
came in today so after the kids went to bed I went to work.

Swapped out the card and for now left the 340 long life drivers installed
since they do support the 730. Auto detected 1080p and everything came
right up. Went into the playback settings and changed to VDPAU high quality.

So far I have had great playback and no more pause/lag when I enable closed
captions like I had on the 8400GS. Overall system load was only about 3-4%
with my old dual core Athlon (actual model eludes me).

I'm very happy with the setup so far and would recommend this card. If I
remember I'll respond later with a more long term evaluation.
