Indeed!  Since my back-end is anemic (and can't transcode in real-time) 
I post-record transcode everything to an Android/Chromecast playable
format.  So I'd want to have the option to just Play (to the
Chromecast) like I can to the tablet's internal player (MX Player in my
case) currently.
