tv_grab_sd_json works and was in the last official release.

updated tv_grab_sd_json and tv_grab_zz_sdjson_sqlite  are in the 
current  XMLTV nightly (http://snapshot.xmltv.org)

(I'm not sure if tv_grab_sd_json has been renamed to move out of the 
Sudanese namespace yet. :) )
