It probably won't be called overscan. It will more likely be called "game mode" or "PC mode" or 
"direct mode" or "exact scan" or something like that. Every manufacturer does it different, 
sometimes different ways on different models. You'll have to go through the available menus closely, 
probably accompanied by forensic examination of the instruction booklet that came with the TV.

You might even find, as some have done, that the particular mode you want is only available on one 
specific input and only when certain other settings are made first. Been there, done that.
