Can you please try doing this to enter Live TV on some other channel, 
then exit, then go back into Live TV using the "normal" Live TV menu 
option and see if it works.  If so, perhaps it only looks like a new bug 
because you hadn't in the past had this collision of "frontend 1 is 
using the single HD-PVR and frontend 2's Live TV start channel is set to 
a channel that's only available on the HD-PVR", so it seemed like things 
worked in previous versions when, in fact, it's only the remembered Live 
TV channel that's changed.

If that's the case, please report as such on the ticket.  Doing so won't 
necessarily result in the ticket's closure, but will allow the developer 
who decides to take on the ticket a chance to understand the true 
issue--that MythTV still doesn't fall back when the Live TV start 
channel is not available.  At this point, they can decide whether to 
take on the task of adding that new feature.
