The top Conan folder coverart however is blank. Meanwhile most other series
have chosen a cover art from one of their seasons. I know I can drop a
folder.jpg in there but I was just curious why it behaved that way
occasionally.

Just had it happen with another series. Can't see why it chooses the top
level cover for some and not others.
