That happens with my query too sometimes, maybe a couple a year, and I just select "Do Not Record". Plus I get to notice other shows I wouldn't have looked for, but it happens so rarely.

Maybe Robert is a Patriots fan though, and they seem to be in the news a lot outside of games played. :)
