Both you and Roger are pushing me that way. I think I'll install Fedora 
22 and get the latest and best of Fedora and see what that does. 
Checking Fedora Updates that looks like Kernel 4.1.6. Well see what that 
does.

I've never tried reporting a kernel bug. How and where does one do that?
