Ok, it's been a while since I started this thread and the time period
came and went.  I did return both books on time, properly filled up.

I considered removing the barcode labels since they obviously tied my
real identity to the supposedly anonymous questions, but ended up not
doing so as that might invalidate the whole data set.

In the end I wasn't too worried about privacy as it essentially showed
I've dropped out of the economy and pretty much everything I watch goes
through Myth.  They'll make their own conclusions about the value of
advertising, ha ha!

The only comment I added was:

  The ethics and business practices of the cable companies are so
  distasteful that I wouldn't have cable even if it were free.
