I can help out a bit. In particular:
- build to VM, occasional build to bare metal
- testing upgrades, mythbuntu-control-centre etc
- triaging bugs
- theming but like you I don't use a lot of areas
- should be able to write good bug reports, just let me know what you need
- don't know Python, but understand general coding concepts
- compared to most on this list, I'm only a novice user / recent user of *buntu but am moving my BE to CentOS (but want to move / keep my FE's on mythbuntu) - I guess any excuse to learn more
- Dont know systemd but willing to learn and no prior init religious belief.
