It's not inconsistent, but perhaps confusing because ChannelIcons (and
it's friends Temp, Streaming, Themes and 3rdParty) are all built for
you. The Storage Directories are created for them too, if they're missing.

No need to present them in mythtv-setup's list of "default" SGs.
