That's not supposed to be a nag--it's just supposed to be 
informational.  The only reason to reschedule is if the scheduler is 
already running and already has a schedule in memory (since the schedule 
is not kept in the database).  If the master backend isn't running, then 
there is no schedule (in memory) to reschedule, so no need to send a 
reschedule request.  When the master backend is first started, it will 
run the scheduler to create a schedule and--since mythfilldatabase was 
successfully run when mythbackend was shut down--the schedule will be 
based on the current (newest) guide data from the database.

I'll admit that the message looks like it could be describing a problem, 
and it probably should be changed to say something different.
