I too have been using RPI2(s) for MythTV frontends (low power consumption,
cheap, reasonably stable) and been very happy (mostly). 2 issues I'd add to
the list...
- Scheduling recordings from Kodi is largely unusable.  Yes, MythWeb solves
this issue and it's what I do, but the WAF of it is minimal.
- No way to move recordings to a different Recording Group.  Scenario: I
watch a program alone because the wife is working.  I don't want to delete
it, and I don't want it cluttering up the "Default" recordings list (I also
want it easy for my wife to identify later), so I move it to "Wife
Unwatched" group.  Easily done from the Myth Frontend, virtually impossible
from anywhere else (including MythWeb) from what I've seen.  Leaves me
having to terminal into my backend, load the frontend there, and take care
of business.
