[mythtv-users] Where did "Always stream recordings from the backend" go?

So, now what? My system was built with the assumption that my FEs would
stream through the BE and not connect directly to my storage server. I
don't understand why I'm suddenly seeing this problem now, I've been pretty
up to date with my version of Myth.
