Ron Frazier was independently (of MythTV itself)
maintaining a list of cable providers and their
CCI channel status.  Refer to the list archives about
his activity.

Charter is one of the few providers that is all over
the place regarding protection (some franchises
mark almost everything copy once, some seem to
mark only the premiums that way), and as such
the information may have value to Ron's database
and those that use it.
