I do not know the official SLA, but the "process"
through the entire system (and I am pretty sure
most of that is at Gracenote) has, by observation,
tended to take around 4-5 days even when
everything is "easy" (and sometimes things are
apparently not "easy" (I would presume that
Gracenote has to arrange a new contract
addendum with the source(s))).
