There are several ways of doing that.  And it depends on what sort of
recording rule you created originally.

From the sound of it, you have created a rule that is a "record one
episode" rule.  So it will record one of the showings, and if you add
an override to get it to record the second session, it will then only
record that and not the first.  But you can then go back to the first
session and add another override to make that record also.

Or you can edit your original recording rule and change it to be
"Record all showings".  You might also have to go into "Schedule
options" and turn off duplicate matching, so that it does not think
the second session is a duplicate of the first.

Or you can delete your original rule and go to each session and just
create an individual "Record this showing" rule for each session. That
is probably the easiest way to do it, but does not allow for any EPG
updates that might happen between the creation of the rules and when
the recordings happen.
