Hmmm, rather excitingly, they have a mini PCIe card and my motherboard has a slot for 
one of these. So, I could have an eSATA card in main PCIe and 2x dual tuner cards 
connected to mini PCIe.

We have a very strong signal. It was good even before the signal went up 15x as part of 
the switch over, and is now even better. However, I am wanting to move the backend 
further down the splitter chain and on another 30m of CT100, so let's see.
